Late check-outs are not guaranteed and must be discussed with the Inn Keepers the evening before check-out. Un-confirmed late check-outs are subject to additional fees.
Breakfast:
Full breakfast is served for all guests between 8-10 am. Please let us know if you have any allergies or food sensitivities. We do our best to accommodate dietary needs.
Kitchen Use:
Our commercial kitchen is reserved for staff use only, per local health and safety regulations. Enjoy our complimentary breakfast and feel free to use the dining room for take-out and our sitting room for snacks or drinks. For dining recommendations or special requests, just let us know!
Reservations and Cancelation policy:
At least one person in your party staying at the Inn must be 21 years of age or older. Valid photo identification is required.
If 3 or more rooms are booked by one party, the full payment is required at the time of booking and are only refundable before 60 days of the check-in date. Blocks of rooms are not held for parties/events.
Reservations for 1-2 rooms, 50% of the total balance is collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be collected 7 days prior to the check-in date. A full refund will be issued for cancellations 7 days prior to check-in date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations up to 24 hours of check-in (3pm the day before check-in)
Cancellations during special event weekends (graduations, alumni and parents weekend, etc) are not refundable.
Reservations made through other booking sites (eg. AirBNB, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) are subject to those sites policies. Rates for these sites may vary and we welcome you to contact us directly for our current rates.
Roll-away beds, cots and air mattresses:
For the safety of all our guests, we do not allow additional sleeping spaces in the rooms. In the unlikely event of an emergency evacuation of the home, we need to ensure guests can leave as quickly and safely as possible. Our rooms are all different and do not have space for these types of additional bedding.
Pets: Stubby, our security officer, is the only furry friend permitted in the home. He does not reside on the property and does not enter the bedrooms. He will, however, sit under your dining table if he detects bacon or other breakfast deliciousness. If you have an allergy, please let us know and we will put him off duty during your stay.
Parking:
Our lot on Webster St accommodates 1 car per guest room. In the event a car doesn’t fit, parking is available on the street across from our lot. During snow emergencies, no street parking is allowed and vehicles will be towed. The Inn Keepers will notify you and be happy to assist should there be a street parking ban.
Smoking, vaping and flames of any kind are not permitted on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found in your guest room and you may be asked to leave the premises.
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am.
Bicycle Storage is available in our lockable shed. Please ask the Inn Keepers for assistance. Bicycles/scooters are not permitted in guest rooms.
